Jolo, Arnaldo Guzman and Josh Bousfield have been attentive, prompt and responsive to my needs and regularly check on my satisfaction with service. The branch management has changed since my first visits and I do not doubt that the change was needed, but the present staff members are, as I wrote above, are wonderful and have gone above and beyond with their service. Thank you Wells Fargo Bank Lake Nona! And NO I am not related to anyone at this branch.
