  So came on February to the branch to eliminate the overdraft protection. Banker told me he will submit the request it will take about 7 days I asked him to also send the information when I sign up to see if I asked for overdraft protection and still today nothing. Customer service doesn't know nothing about the request. Went to the branch nothing they can do the employee is no longer working there.

  Laziness. Disgusting service. went in to open a bank account and no one wanted to help. Thankfully there’s multiple other banks.

  I deposited a money order on 7/3/25 was told it didn't clear, received a copy of money order stating reason as altered and fictitious, when to Walmart to be refunded was told need original money order not the copy the bank sent me, I went yo the bank and was told the money order wad destroyed never heard that before. I was told by Walmart I would have to request my refund and pay $15 because I didn't have the original copy. I will not be banking with Wellsfargo again, I am on a fixed income and the check was for $800

  I normally dont go into a location unless I absolutely need to. I gave 3 stars cause its eother super good nor super bad. Two suggestions: 1. The banker could've told me on my electronic receipt that the remaining of my deposit will be in my account the following day- instead of wasting paper by printing it. That's literally the reason why I choose electric receipts. Please train your staff to only print when necessary for their jobs & if thr customer requests it. 2. After every other visit or something similar send a automatic text or email to request customers experience that day so we can give suggestions.
