From the initial visit and my Q&A with Tracey, I knew this branch would most likely be the clear winner. Welcoming, personable, informative, inquisitive with a smile you can’t fake. I returned today to open the account, walked through the doors and was immediately greeted with a smile and a “Good afternoon Mr. Day.” Raymond’s hospitality and welcoming nature and a warm welcome and impeccable customer service from Nijmah, all reminded me of small town banking. It literally felt like a hug. Banking the way it should be.
