Their head of legal Camilla is a Joke. She has no idea what she is doing and has to constantly seek outside legal counsel because she has no experience in fraud or investigations. The dean road branch manager Gil who I initially started working with will not return my calls or emails and has directed all questions, comments and concerns to be addressed to Camilla. Well guess what? Camilla has done the same but is now directing me back to Gil. All I’m getting is the run around and the bank gets to keep 40k that does not belong to them. Be aware of this scummy company! If anyone has gone through similar experiences please feel free to reach out. *edit the response from owner is automated and when I reached out they were extremely rude and not helpful at all.
