I can NEVER use their Zelle as it's always blocked. Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo - I can Zelle no problem, TRUSTCO?? Forget it. It's a local hometown useless worthless bank!

The ladies sitting at there desks were upbeat, happy, welcoming and awesome. I have been twice now and each time they welcome me in with “Welcome, how is your day going?” Which is very comforting because in a fast paced world people seem to be in their own reality and these ladies are amazing. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a new bank. Thank you ladies of Trustco for making my experience so great. I will be back.
