    I am very unhappy with the help my son and I are getting all because of fraud on my card they reported my sons stolen which didn’t happen I got a new card and can’t activate it therefore I am going to change banks fell and broke my hip can’t get out my son has cancer I can’t depend on him all the time thanks Anne Figueiredo

    I will change or delete this review if things change but right now, this branch of Trustco is nearly impossible to reach. I set up an account here because it is close to my house and I could bank on Saturday mornings or after work (if I could make it there before 5). Now, they don't have any hours outside of 9am-4pm weekdays. I am at work across town then. I have not been able to do any banking because of this change of hours. I can't even make it in to close out my accounts. It is very frustrating! I wish they would reinstate regular hours (including Saturday mornings). What is the point of having a bank practically across the street if they are never open! Also, there is a commercial account that I need to be added to, but again, I can't physically go there in person to be added to the account due to horrible hours. Until this is resolved, I will not recommend Trustco and will do what I can to cancel my personal account there as well as the commercial account I was supposed to be added to.

    Trustco is a fantastic bank. Highly recommended. Unlike other banks, you are not just a number, you matter. All about customer service 100 % and they fit all your financial needs.
