His prompt attention and diligence in helping with an issue regarding checking account and clarifying information for me. He followed up and call me back and escalated the matter for a resolution. Hope this matter gets resolved. Looking forward to be a truist customer again.

Your “glass” isn’t as sound proof as you think and should watch how you sound about people walking in supporting the business you guys run. I only come for change orders and I will make the time during my week to make an order with the courier. I will never come back to a bank that doesn’t make their customers feel welcomed.
