I wanted try another bank for my start up business other than the one I use for personal, but the place was callous. No greeting for me as I walked in.. I got cold stares.. At any I walked up to the teller to request help in opening an account. I was instructed to have a seat she would get me help.. to make a long story short.. the business banker did not have any one she was working with and took her time coming to me.. Honestly I thought all that time I was waiting on another individual.. when she did come to me she had cold n very uninviting way of doing business… I need an extra paper I didn’t have so was told couldn’t open account… I was also told when I come back make an appointment.. That’s seems fair the appointment but the place was empty! She didn’t offer me her personal card to call or anything. Needless to say I didn’t go back.. I’ll. Just go back to my old bank.. they greet me with respect every time.

Both cashiers at front counter are very rude…even they are not understanding what we explain and keep doing mistakes.

Absolutely the worst. I banked here for a year and a half and had problem after problem. Every product, every service they offer has faults. The only guarantee behind this bank, is the guarantee to mess it up along the way. I can't possibly write on every issue I have with this bank, including this branch, but I finally made the intelligent choice to take my business elsewhere and closing the account took two weeks! An absolute nightmare and the perfect example of the nonsense at Truist and this branch. Service is terrible, try to get someone to help you, forget about it. Even the branch manager makes promises and can't seem to keep them. When you want something done, do it yourself, or follow up daily. They will surely forget you are a client and pay their checks. I went in person and called the branch and the call center 6 times to close the account, a complete run around. They were desperate to keep me!

There are plenty of banks here in Lake Nona- please do not pick this one. I had an appointment with Sandra to open an account. I had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. She is not friendly and it was just an uncomfortable experience from the start. I ended up missing a document, couldn’t finish with the appointment, and had to leave. It ended up being a blessing because I chose a different bank with better customer service.
