Both cashiers at front counter are very rude…even they are not understanding what we explain and keep doing mistakes.

Truist Bank in general is the worst bank I ever had to deal with. I’ve been a long time customer of SunTrust with multiple business accounts, but since Truist took over all kinds of problems started and I am gradually closing my accounts with them. And guess what, this morning I received a phone call from someone claiming to be a Truist Rep, who demonstrated ZERO professionalism questioning me the entire business structure of my company and who my partners are, when I asked her the reason for doing so she simply responded: “Oh we are just trying to close your account that’s all… “. But my business account is legit and active with transactions taking place. Then when I asked why she didn’t even offer an answer, just told me to go into a branch and have a banker call her. So this bank just tells you, a long time customer, for unknown reasons, over the phone, they are closing your account. This Rep on the phone didn’t even waste her breath to explain anything just ordered me to go into branch or my account will be closed. So Truist, please, I am not desperate to bank with you, don’t even bother threatening I will close my accounts for good!

Lazy. Went in to add my son. It would have required all of 5 minutes. I was the only customer at the branch. 2 tellers just standing there. 1 guy sitting at his desk and another lady in her office on the phone.
I was sent away and told they couldn’t help me. Laziness. I’ve banked with Suntrust for 20 years I really hope this isn’t their new level of service. This branch needs new staff.
