I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Yolanda at the Truist branch, and I must say, her level of customer service and professionalism was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, the banker greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. They quickly assessed my needs and provided me with clear, concise, and highly informative guidance, showcasing their deep understanding of the bank's products and services.
What truly set Yolanda apart was her exceptional attention to detail and personable approach. She listened intently to my concerns and tailored her recommendations to my specific requirements. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in my financial well-being made the experience feel more like a conversation with a trusted advisor than a typical banking transaction.
In my opinion, Yolanda is an invaluable asset to Truist and deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service and professionalism. Her dedication to exceeding customer expectations is truly admirable and should be commended. I have no doubt that Yolanda would be an excellent candidate for a well-deserved promotion, as her skills and talents would undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of the bank.

The worst bank I've ever had the experience of using. It was fine back when it was SunTrust. It wasn't a stellar bank, but I didn't have any major complaints. Now it takes forever to see the one teller who is servicing both the inside line and the drive thru banking. (props to him, he was legit trying his best) I went in recently for the sole purpose of making a withdrawal and it took me over two hours. This was at 10am on a Monday and there were only about six clients in the bank. If they'd had more than one teller, the process would have most likely gone very fast. Avoid at all costs if you value your time.
