The baldwin park TRUIST branch in orlando needs more internal diversity training! I have lived in Baldwin Park since 2007 and I think its a great neighborhood. Meagan "Karen" Rymer branch leader is unprofessional and lacks courtesy and professionalism for a banker who deals with interacting with people. I have been a member of Truist formerly BB&T since 2014 and have been happy with their services until I had the unfortunate circumstance to meet the branch leader Meagan "Karen" Rymer late april 2023. I came into the branch to inquiry about opening a safe deposit box. No customers were in the branch (no line and no one seated). As I saw Meagan "Karen" Rymer sitting in her office with the door wide open (not on the phone) I made eye contact and stood outside her office door to begin my inquiry about opening a safe deposit box. before I could get one word out of my mouth she hit me with a face that my 4 year old gives me when she has to take her medicine. Exactly that. The face my daughter gives when she looks at the spoon of medicine and tells me its yucky and she will not take it. It was obvious Meagan "Karen" Rymer had no true interest to want to help me so i apologized for making her feel so uncomfortable and I went to the teller where i was then sent back over to Meagan "Karen" Rymer. After waiting in the sitting area for Meagan "Karen" Rymer to come out of her office (5 minutes) i then see the teller walk over and tell me that Meagan "Karen" Rymer would not be able to help me because the computer systems were down. So I said what a coincidence! I hauled over to the TRUIST branch on colonial and bumby and picked up the safe deposit box i needed without any issues. Utterly disgusting experience and customer service as i grabbed Meagan "Karen" Rymer business card and promised myself to write a public complaint on google then a formal complaint to Truist not in a attempt to get her in trouble but to share my experience and to advise with proper diversity training these types of events can be avoided and handled better. and I really dont want other people to have to experience what i had to go through with Meagan "Karen" Rymer that day.

Nicole was great. I never expected to go to the bank and get cheered up by the enthusiastic employees.

Nice location. And the staff are very nice. Easy in and easy out. Usually not too busy at this location. And they've always got lollipops and sometimes coffee.
