Always attentive when I'm there dropping off my bank deposits from my store. The ladies are professional, polite, and take people in the order they come. Never have to wait longer than 15min. Thank you ladies.

Terrible service you make an appointment online and they don’t honor it saying you had to call to confirm

Worst location of all the bad ones in Orlando. The business manager is never on site. You try to make an appointment and she is booked (supposedly) until
January. They never know what is going on with accounts, no one is authorized/trained to attend business accounts. Just a bad bank to do business with!

This is absolutely the worst SunTrust in the United States... I've had issues with them before.. I have said things she done before saying that they were slow so I figured I would give them another chance.. same thing today, nothing happening I hit the call button told the lady I wanted my bills all large, weighted, finally got sent back bills were not large, set back again took forever the second time.... I will never go to that bank again... I don't care if I can't make it through the weekend... Screw that bank.. I would say more but I don't think they would approve....

This bank is absolutely the best! After all the hell I’ve seen my friend go through with Bank of America ( trying to get a refund for an authorized purchase, they were rude and took 2 month to refund ) Suntrust is on top of it! They catch on to unauthorized purchases or transfers immediately and take care of the problem! If someone didn’t up purchasing something on authorized on your card they give you a refund immediately, I’ve never had a problem with them! Plus their monthly fees are half lower than any other bank. Thank you Suntrust!
