Always attentive when I'm there dropping off my bank deposits from my store. The ladies are professional, polite, and take people in the order they come. Never have to wait longer than 15min. Thank you ladies.

Terrible service you make an appointment online and they don’t honor it saying you had to call to confirm

Extremely disappointed with the level of service. The relationship banker I interacted with was rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked the skills necessary to build positive relationships with customers. A key part of the role is to create a welcoming and helpful experience, not to respond with attitude or dismissive answers. Truist appears to be lowering its standards, and it shows

You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP.
