Bad costumer service. Saturday close at 12 but they close the door at 11:30. Really bad costumer service

This is the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of using. Lunch time Friday only two employees. Each transaction has to be checked by co-worker for accuracy. One employee at drive thru and one taking care of the inside clients. There were so many cars in the drive through that I went inside and stood in line with 10 people. I was 3rd but it still took 30 minutes standing. There wasn’t even any office/cubicle employees there to step out and help. Well I am definitely moving my money.

I’ve been coming to this branch for years, and every visit feels like it’s everyone’s first day on the job. Today, I came in to make a few simple deposits. Despite there being 3–4 tellers available, I was told to take a seat while they “took care of the deposits.” In the past hour and 15 minutes, I’ve been asked five separate times what I was waiting for, yet I am still sitting here.
As a General Manager myself, I find this completely unacceptable. If a customer ever waited this long at my establishment for something so basic, I would make sure their needs were handled immediately and hold my team accountable. In the time I’ve been waiting, I’ve watched more than 11 people be served ahead of me.
This level of service is beyond disappointing, and after today I will not be returning to this branch.

“I really appreciate the excellent service I received. Karen was very kind and professional, and while I was waiting in the lobby, she kept checking on me to provide options and ensure I was taken care of.
The manager was very profesional and help me as soon as he was available.
Since I needed assistance during my lunch break, their attentiveness and care made the process smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service!”
Thank you
