As a customer I was told I give them a hard time, no wonder that branch is always empty. After closing my bank account I received a charge of $2.00, went there to talk to the manager he said , don’t worry I will take care of it. Few weeks later I received a letter from collection company for over $30.00. If you really had told me it was gonna be sent to collections, would I argue and not pay the $2.00???? That is how dirty employees or the bank itself play their game. If you are a customer of this bank close your account and go somewhere else. It is a matter of time for you to write a bad review about them. That branch specifically is even worse!

Sherene needs some help. Poorly trained, and it doesn't sound like she wants to work at truist either. Beside that, truist makes it so difficult for such a basic documents. I've been 2 weeks trying to get bank statements from a closed account. Customer service sent the wrong statements and they want to now charge me 5 dollar for each month. Sherene charged for the incorrect statements too

This is the worst bank ever. I just opened up a new account with this bank on 8-1-24…..I was told that I can put down $50. And they also offer free checking if I have direct deposit. I even downloaded the Truist app while I was inside the bank. So when I went to work and tried to log back onto the app….. I was redirected to a number that said I had to call the fraudulent department and they still couldn’t explain to me why. I spoke to several people on the phone. Each person was giving me different answers. They also knew I was coming in to get my money back. But when I came into the office. They said they had already closed my new account and mailed out my check….. Smdh…. I done even know how this bank is still in business…. They all lack customer service skills and this bank need to be reported to the BBB. This bank can not be trusted….because they make you seem as if you are a fraud even when you have provided them with all of your personal information.
