I would like to point out that I waited almost 30 minutes to speak with a bank rep to open a savings account! I already have two accounts with them. The manager of the bank, along with 3 other girls that work there were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. For a bank, they could dress a little more appropriately too. Now, you wonder the reason for the 5 stars? That would be because of my experience with Brittany Morrow. She must have come in for her shift and we ended up dealing with her for my transaction. When approached, she referenced myself and my mother as "ladies" and had a very professional demeanor and a warm and welcoming smile. She took her time with us, did not rush us as we noticed with other parties in the bank at the time. If it wasn't for Brittany, this would have been a one star. Even while Brittany was assisting us, the manager of the bank would interrupt our transaction to remove things off of Brittany's desk without an "excuse me/pardon my reach" approach. Brittany should definitely be the manager in this bank, dressed professionally and treats clients with respect, not something I can say about the other few girls we came in contact with. THANK YOU, BRITTANY! Ask for her if you need help with your transactions.

At one point -- about 15 years ago -- this was one of the best bank branches I had ever used. Sadly, both the branch and SunTrust as whole has gone downhill. I have since taken my business elsewhere, and many of my family members are also considering other options.
