Everybody is extremely friendly at this branch, and my personal banker Jonathan Martinez is amazing, he goes above and beyond.

My family has bad experience with this branch and Bank recently. Manager and employees at this bank don't pick up phone to help Business client with Cares Act. Suntrust bank website or meployees doesn't provide update. When the branch needs a checking account or money market they ask for referral but when we needed branch help they never came through. I wouldn't recommend this branch or bank. My friends have business account with Chase, Regions and center state bank and there CARES ACT applications have gone through. I WISH SUNTRUST WOULD BE THERE FOR US WHEN WE. NEEDED THE MOST BUT THEY WEREN'T . BUSINESSES will remember this moment when you go out look for business. It is truly sad my family is leaving this bank in a SOUR TASTE ever in there life.
