Once again, her exceptional customer service, attentiveness, and patience stood out. She guided me through a wire transfer related to a home closing and, thanks to her diligence, we caught a critical issue—incorrect wiring instructions that turned out to be the result of a scammer infiltrating the title company. I’m incredibly grateful for her thoroughness and the care she took in asking all the right questions before proceeding.
