- DJDestiny JacksonDec 31, 20255.0After contacting multiple banks after having my car locked because of potential fraud activity i spent countless nights speaking to supervisor and I went to the bank on semoran where I wasn’t helped at all and at tough luck I called here and was met with open arms Patricia transferred me to Fred who helped me instantly he emailed me and let me know he could help me disregarding all of the misinformation and ruin around u dealt with within 10 minutes my card was unlocked im ecstatic with this im so greatful for the customer service and the professionalism of the members at this bank even without requesting more help Patricia offered me a hand into assisting me making sure I was taken care of please please keep staff like Patricia and Fredric it’s good to see and experience people who genuinely wants and willing to help❤️
