She is rude, yells at customers for simply asking questions and does not have a drop of empathy. Katrina please quit so another person with gratitude can work in your place. The interaction with you today was not only disturbing and upsetting, it made me really question Truist as a company. I would never have you speak to a customer if it was my business, you’d be in the back with a broom.
