Mercedes, thank you so much for staying a bit longer to help me open the account. I really appreciate your flexibility, especially since I didn’t have an appointment and was pressed for time with my travel schedule. Your support made the process much smoother.

I have been a customer for many years at this location. Time and time again the staff has gone over and beyond when there were concerns. Banks often have a bad reputation, I was worried after the merger what my experience would be like and not only has it been excellent but I trust the staff. If you ever need a good place to handle your financial needs please go to this branch. Over all as far as other branches they have all been kind and welcoming.
