  So, who leaves positive reviews anymore? I do! I've been visiting this location for some time now. I my experience, TD Bank associates are always polite and helpful. However, this location in particular has the kindest and most helpful bankers I have ever dealt with. Every time I come in, I'm always a little embarrassed becuase can never seem to remeber the difference between a money order and a cashiers check. However, they always re-explain it to me with a genuine smile, and I walk out feeling better than when I walked in. You owe it to yourselves to take the extra mile to come here. Frida, Lisa, and the rest (sorry, forgot there names!) Set the standard to which all other financial establishments so strive for. Thank you to all of the staff for taking the confusion and fear out of finance.

  The only salvation was that a person working for a different branch of TD Bank noticed my issue and helped me bank after they should have closed. I don't have any issue with TD Bank's many locations and usually great customer service, just that this specific bank at this time was awful. --- I learned that the issue had to do with their 15+ year old system not working properly. A huge fault for the company as a whole. Update your systems!!

  Worst bank ever I deposit checks 6 days ago and they still haven't cleared. Was in the bank just yesterday getting a new bank card reissued to me and I was told that these two checks that I deposit in this account would have been cleared today now when I called back and talk to customer service customer service tells me that the checks does not clear until the 26th until after Christmas so how am I supposed to go Christmas shopping for my kids if the checks and clear.
