- DCDiamond Consuela5 days ago1.0Just opened an account with them they stated the company overall does not do notaries for power of attorney. Online says otherwise which is very contradicting, and unprofessional.

That was the response given to me when I told him my card wasn't working and that I could not buy gifts for my family members. Mind you he was on the clock when this was said and when I got in the car it after he kicked me out it said 2:56 meaning he was lying. Overall terrible service.
- EBEric BergerDec 12, 20251.0It's not about this branch but the bank in general. My mother opened two avings accounts for my sister and myself in 1994. The account has been slowly growing and in September of 2025 she passed away, leaving the accounts in each of our names respectively. I live over 6 hours away from the nearest branch and had to set up access over the phone and through an online account. The customer service was extraordinary and very helpful for a bank, but as soon as I needed to move money I was flagged for fraud. I contacted the bank and was transfer to the fraud department for resolution. After that, i tried to move money again only to have it kicked back to TD bank. I can't get what I need out and it's extremely frustrating for such a small balance.
