- MSmercedes smithDec 29, 20251.0I sat in the drive through at the carrier send machine for a solid 25 minutes before the decided to pay attention to the $300 in cash that I sent in the carrier. Almost at the end of my wait, a very nasty lady came on the screen and said “you need to wait” and then cut the screen off. I came through the drive through because at any other place, it’s quicker. I’ve never been talked to like that at a bank until now. Nothing about this experience was “convenient”.
