I went there to close my account and the bank representative didn’t explain in good terms why she could not close my account, not even showed empathy or asked questions on why I wanted to close my account. She said phone specialists and bank representative work in a different way even though is the same bank, unbelievably. Go somewhere else if you want a good service as a customer.
