  Went in a few months ago to get my business debit card working. There was confusion when I activated the card over the phone because some of the business information had not been updated in the system. Muneera and Jackie took the time to help get the card activated and get the business information in the system updated. 5 stars for the bank and for the folks working there. Thank you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience today at McCoy Federal Credit Union with Madison! I came in to deposit a rather large check and also needed to get payroll handled for my employees. Madison went above and beyond—she was able to push the check through so the funds were available right away, which was such a relief. On top of that, she was incredibly helpful with getting payroll distributed, carefully accounting for everything and making sure it was all correct. Madison was super friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing at her job. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kudos to Madison—you truly deserve recognition!   I had a very disappointing experience with McCoy Federal Credit Union. My account briefly went negative, but I immediately transferred funds to bring it current and even took a screenshot showing the balance was covered. Despite this, I was still charged a $30 NSF/overdraft fee the next day. I left multiple voicemails and emails for the branch manager, but received no response for five days. When I finally called again, I was told my account was reviewed and the manager declined to reverse the fee—without ever contacting me directly. This feels like an unfair and unethical practice, and the lack of communication shows poor customer service. I expected better treatment from a credit union.

  I want to say thank you to Renaa, I believe that was her name. She was one of the tellers on Friday, August 22, 2025 @ around 2:30pm. She went above and beyond. I actually went into this branch expecting to come out without a resolution, as I had called customer service and stoped at the Kissimmee branch and neither were able to help or show any urgency to help. She was the only one who actually took the time and figured out why my online banking wasn’t allowing me to sign in. This is was important to me because I live about an 1 hour and half away from this branch and about 40 minutes from the Kissimmee branch, so I was relying on my online banking. So, thank you again Renaa.
