- MSMartin SotoAug 3, 20251.0If you could, just avoid that branch, I went there and it looks that is closed, I was about to leave but then I knocked on the glass trying to figure out if someone was there, I saw this young girl that came out and stayed looking at me but did not say any words, when I asked her, are you an employee? Is the bank open?? She was extremely rude and unprofessional and answered in a very hostile way “don’t you see me, I am an employee” This young girl is terrible, her name is I believe Kerry or Kelly or something similar, she’s young dark skin with dark hair, administration has to do something, worst customer service ever!!!!
