They have sn old man for more than 45 minitus ghat can understand why he have 2 saving account the manager soesk spanish and was there just looking instead of take the customer to one office and explain him., was a person over 80 yeaars old , in the main time was there waiting 4 customer complaining about the poor services. I work for another bank and in situation like this we take them to the office. Nobody need to hear hiw much he have in the account. Was very sad services. Manager instead to do this inmediatelly , she should take to her office or send one of the other 2 perdon on the desk with no customer to tske care of this man. Thsts a violation to the privacy and somebody can abusive of this person. I hope this go to a person on the top instead of send to the manager there. I can tell this is a horible customer service experience. I gave a 1 but this service deserve a big 0
