  Quiero expresar mi agradecimiento a todos los miembros de esta sucursal en Chickasaw. Desde el comienzo hasta el final fue excelente el trato. Quiero mencionar a Christella ( perdón si escribí mal el nombre pero la tengo que mencionar porque fue muy cortés y muy atenta) Carmen Sierra tomó de su tiempo y con paciencia nos ayudó a resolver el problema y mas. Nos escuchó y con su experiencia pudimos salir adelante. Gracias gracias gracias.

  It’s unreal how disorganized this credit union is. Never had to make an inquiry, I only keep money in this account and it’s been open for 2 years. I went into the branch to inquire about a consolidation loan and was just standing there looking around for someone to greet me. 3 minutes later a woman who appears to be of Caribbean descent pops out of her office and doesn’t greet me, but instead asks if I’m there to make a transaction. Not, how can I help you, just an immediate assumption I was waiting to make a transaction. I said no, I’m here to speak with someone. She told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I waited 5 minutes and she finished with the person she was helping only to walk off right past me and didn’t return. A few minutes later a nice African American woman asked if I was being helped and when I said no she grabbed the woman who just walked right by me. The woman just went into the office, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t greet me or ask any questions. Not even eye contact. As I sat down she mumbled something and I said excuse me? It was her attempt to engage with me but then asked what I was there for. She took all of my information and had me sign an electronic form that she didn’t even show me or tell me about. I assumed it was to run my credit. Minutes passed and she gets on the phone only to tell me the system is having issues pulling the credit report and that someone would be calling me back. Nobody ever called. Today I call the branch to inquire and can’t get ahold of anyone. I was transferred multiple times to be thrown back into the rollover queue and received an agent outside of that branch. I wanted to make a formal complaint and find out the status of my application but I can’t reach anyone there to save my life. My next trip to this location is to close my account and I’ll just bank with Fairwinds. I regretfully recommended family to this location but one things for certain, I won’t be doing that anymore! I can’t believe I’ve had my money just sitting in this bank and I couldn’t even deal with a professional.
