That said their customer service number and the reps that staff it are horrible, vindictive and certainly not worthy of keeping my accounts. Their online systems are poor at best and the reps don't even know their own system. Run don't walk from Iberia and find a local credit union that is part of the community and not a bank controlled by an out of state corporation that doesn't know the first thing about customer service .
