- LLLDec 4, 20251.0This branch has been an absolute disappointment. We had a scheduled appointment, yet the staff completely ignored the time as if it meant nothing. I came here on my break, and I’m still sitting here over 20 minutes past our appointment with no communication, no urgency, and no respect for my time. To make things worse, I was initially told there was only one notary available. But as soon as I expressed frustration about the long wait, suddenly another notary was “available” after all. The whole situation felt incredibly unprofessional and misleading. I have other commitments to get back to, but clearly this branch doesn’t prioritize customers’ time. If this is how they handle something as simple as an appointment, I can’t imagine how they manage more serious matters. Completely unacceptable.

Was forced to pay $140.00 (included previous years box rental) was promised a prorated refund. After a month they insist that I am not owed any refund. They have not learned any lessons from their crooked dealings during the financial crisis of 2007-2008.
