- SHShonda HowellSep 2, 20231.0I spoke with customer resolution. They advised me that Usaa taken my work deposit to pay for a fraudulent account. I had nothing to do with and now I have to pay for account being negative and fraud occurred on my account. Y'all just took my rent money to pay for something I didn't do is crazy. I need my money back. That was my rent payment you compromised. Plus when I called the CEO offices Thomas Moran told me that he will not help me with a resolution and flat out told me No several times. Fraud occurs all the time but, you accused me of doing something that I reported. Also was told, by Thomas there was no supervisor. Then he stated Spencer is over him but was no help. I am not done with this at all. If I have to take usaa to court. I will do so if you don't give me back 1,762.40 from account
