This company has been difficult to deal with, and I do not trust anything they tell me. I'm not sure why anyone would trust a word they say. If someone can file taxes or buy a car online, this process should be no different. It's 2023, not the 1950's. I hope you are held accountable for you awful business practices of lying and misleading. My experience with 1st Command has been communicating with an advisor that is classes and unprofessional.
