  Alfredo at Wells Fargo is absolutely amazing. He’s always super helpful with my deposits and transactions and makes sure everything is handled correctly and in a timely manner. On top of that, he has a great attitude and truly cares about providing excellent service. That kind of customer service really means a lot nowadays, especially when it’s becoming harder to find. Great job, Alfredo—Wells Fargo is lucky to have you!

  I just opened my first business account . Due to being told by other customers experiences with this bank, I immediately began doubting my banking choice.. After making my first business account transaction today all doubts were diminished thanks to Maureen, she went above and beyond for us. Thanks to her I am completely free of stress from my business banking decision and happy I chose Well Fargo.. Normally I don’t write a review unless asked and the good review is deserved , today is the exception, I’m writing this because Ms Maureen truly deserves the recognition!!!   I can see why the low reviews. I walked in and did not know I needed an appointment to be a new member. After standing in line to ask if they could sign me in she told me to have a seat and they will get to me. Not very helpful. Then I sat for about 10 minutes being on my lunch and a lady asked what I was here for. After explaining she said we do appointments but will see who is available and never got back to me. A full 1/2 went by of being in the bank without anyone helping me so I left. The bank is a great company however staff needs improvement. I will go to another branch and hope it’s better. Thanks!

  Having issues with my bank account customer service representative was absolutely mean and awful to me over the phone didn't want to help me didn't want to be bothered she kept complaining she has customers that need her attention and what am I ? She hung up on me. Atrocious behavior by far .... I ended up calling Wells Fargo a couple of times and they were just as bad as working in the branch office to try to speak to someone they would not help me this is a multi-billion dollar year company and they don't want to help their customers at all whatsoever they don't care about you they only care about making money I was trying to get my overdraft fees overturned due to some mistakes that we make is consumers and they don't want to discuss it under any circumstances they don't care we're in the business of making money if you make mistakes that you're a problem well that's just really good customer service so you get on the phone and call customer service and this is the attitude you get you're going to the branch office and you get more of an attitude by the staff as well it's absolutely horrible absolutely horrible atrocious business practices from a multi-billion dollar a year company and I'm sorry that I ever opened up an account with this company but unfortunately we have to live with the mistakes that we make and I'm living with a huge mistake

  Maria was exceptional, probably the best customer service I have received in a while! Nicole was also amazing, loved the service in this branch! :)
