- ODOut and About with DonnaNov 5, 20252.0I can see why the low reviews. I walked in and did not know I needed an appointment to be a new member. After standing in line to ask if they could sign me in she told me to have a seat and they will get to me. Not very helpful. Then I sat for about 10 minutes being on my lunch and a lady asked what I was here for. After explaining she said we do appointments but will see who is available and never got back to me. A full 1/2 went by of being in the bank without anyone helping me so I left. The bank is a great company however staff needs improvement. I will go to another branch and hope it’s better. Thanks!

She hung up on me. Atrocious behavior by far ....
