- TWTim WardAug 26, 20251.0If I could give this branch (Orange City, FL) zero stars, I would. The new branch management is non-responsive and doesn’t seem to have a clue on banking regulations. We have been customers of this branch for over 15 years. We always felt welcome there when the prior two bank managers were there. We no longer feel that now. The branch always feels understaffed, not well trained, and morale is horrible. Customer service has become non-existent. If things do not change, we will move our monies from this branch, as we no longer feel like this branch is looking out for their clients.
