  Horrible banking experience. Have had an account with TD Bank since 2010. Cannot get a new debit card after my old one expired. Thanks to new policies, if they can't verify your phone number, they will not give you a card. Even if you are there in person, with ID, can give details about deposits and withdrawals, they cannot override the policies.

  Had an appointment for a wire transfer but decided to just walk in earlier and was pleasantly helped by Davino Edwards. What I loved the most is that he’s not only a Banker, Manager, Assistant Vice President, he’s a real person and he showed me that during my visit. We had a great conversation about the housing market and the process was smooth and took no time at all. I love this branch because you are serviced by real people who are in the same situations as you. Thank you so much for allowing me to take the first step towards my goal! I will always come back.

  So I’m walking in 10 minutes before closing on a Friday evening. Never been in the bank before. All I needed was a statement showing I paid my credit card bill. Doris takes me into her office, verified security, then shows me my statement online. What I need printed is not available ion one page… and one of the pages has info Doris is not allowed to print. What to do? Doris tried what she knew, didn’t work. I suggested using Snippit to cut/paste the portions of page she was allowed to print…then put into Word. Success! I kept her there 30 minutes past closing. Thank you Doris for helping a complete stranger after hours that had an unusual request! Never considered banking with TD Bank and will now.

  No sacaría cuenta en ese banco te cancelan la tarjeta de débito sin explicación sin decir que demoran hasta 30 días en mandarte un cheque con el dinero que había en dicha cuenta que ellos cancelaron sin dar explicación alguna
