- GBGabrielle BrookesJun 9, 20252.0I had a consultation with Mary about a year ago to chat about opening my small business. She was very nice and helpful at the time. However, now that I am officially opening my business, she has gone MIA. I emailed her back in February...no response. Again in May...no response. I called three times (all spread out so I didn't irritate them) and the lady at the front desk seemed nice and helpful; however, I was told I would get a call back after each phone call, and never did. A simple email or phone call stating you can or can't take by business would be great. It's simple.
