I told the lady that I signed paperwork in front of it was the only thing I wanted changed. I specifically stated that my Mom, who's been a customer of the bank for close to 19 years, still lived in the address they had on file. Today I got a letter addressed to my Mom at my address saying they've updated her address change. Now I have to waste my time going back to the bank and try to straighten a simple address change out. Absolutely clueless individual that handled this for me.
