It's easier to talk to the Pope before someone picks up the phone. Service is a disaster, nobody cares to pay attention to anything they are doing, which leads to snafus that' can totally be avoided with a basic level of professionalism. Good luck using the app, it's down at least once a week. And understanding the way the transactions are reported requires a minor in accounting at minimum. Sadly we've had to endure since before the "historic" merger, when it was SunTrust. It's now gotten much worse. Think long before banking here. There are way better options.
