It took over 15 minutes to get a cashiers check. Donna had to jump through hoops to get it done. Give your employees better systems so they can do their jobs properly.

I stood there for 5 minutes listening to Jill talk badly about transgender people and then even threaten to quit her job if a transgender person got hired there. Michelle thanked her for her conviction while still in the middle of my transaction. I dont care how you feel about others, when youre at your place of employment youre to act professional. No one wants to hear your opinion while they handle their financial business. I am going to move forward and file additional complaints as well. I am not a truist customer and now I never will be
