There were a lot of people waiting, but because of the appointment I and the other person were taken care of right away. We had a wonderful experience with Gary! He was such a delight to work with on getting things set up! He helped the person with me set up an account. He explained everything throughly, and helped her understand how to build and maintain great credit in the future. Gary was very happy and enthusiastic about his job, and has exceptional customer service skills. Thank you.
