- KJKim Jackson4 days ago5.0I came to this location today to help someone open a checking account. I made an appointment before hand. I was very glad I did! There were a lot of people waiting, but because of the appointment I and the other person were taken care of right away. We had a wonderful experience with Gary! He was such a delight to work with on getting things set up! He helped the person with me set up an account. He explained everything throughly, and helped her understand how to build and maintain great credit in the future. Gary was very happy and enthusiastic about his job, and has exceptional customer service skills. Thank you.

They are always understaffed with tellers and the ones that are working are always sitting around and work slow. Please put more employees at this location that are friendly and courteous and really cares about their job and customers.
- APA PAug 25, 20251.0Careless, slowest bank ever. Waited 1.5 hour only to be sent home at near closing. All the while you can hear bankers chit chat about hobbies. This is not the first time they’ve done this.
- RMRuth MoiseJul 3, 20251.0Wells Fargo is completely useless when it comes to handling people’s money. I opened an account online but didn’t verify it in time, so I made an in person appointment. I sat down with someone at the branch and was told to wait for the back office to verify my CIP, just to confirm my Social Security number. Instead of fixing it, they put a hold on my account. Funny how fast they are to lock your money, but slow as hell when it comes to releasing it. People work hard for their money, and y’all treat it like it’s nothing. I did everything I was supposed to, only to find out at the bank that they already closed my account and there was “nothing they could do.” Seriously? Wells Fargo is unhelpful, careless, and a waste of time.Take your business somewhere that respects your money. I’ll never bank with them again.
- GSGerard SandersMay 28, 20251.0This has to be one of the slowest Branches in the State of Florida. Every time I come to this location is always this way. There was only 1 car in the commercial lane that was already there when I got there and they took sooooo long that I asked for my check and ID back to go to another Branch, and this is not the 1st time I’ve had to do this. I wanted to cash my check, not deposit it. And you can forget about going inside, it’s even slower. I asked for my check back after waiting so long and she seem very happy to give it back and said have a nice day. Poor customer service to the fullest 👎🏼
