I have had large Number of fraudulent transactions on my account! It’s so frustrating to keep acquiring new debit cards! Dynasty was very understanding regarding my situation! She’s definitely an asset to McCoy! I can’t thank her enough for letting me blowoff a Little steam at the same time she was very understanding regarding my complaints! Judy at the Ocoee Branch was awesome. She was personel as she remained professional. She had a great interest in my car repairs, and she made me feel a little better about taking the loan. And the Loan Agent, Im sure was convinced by Judy to release the extra funds I needed. Thank you Judy for the extra mile you took on my loan. God bless you always.
