    I signed up for checking and savings with overdraft protection. Overdraft protection is suppose to protect my account from spending what I don't have. for an example, So if I only have $3 and some service I'm signed up too is trying to charge me $5 my bank should prevent my account from allowing that transaction to go through so I don't get overdrafted Wells Fargo will let the transaction go through then I will be in the negative and then Wells Fargo will charge me $28. what ever happened with overdraft protection nope not here, Bank of America overdraft protection is better I don't have a problem with them Wells Fargo in the other hand overdraft protection is not protected as they say also occasionally Wells Fargo pulls out $3 $5 or $7 out of my account randomly and the bank has no explanation.

    Special thanks to Ms. Shelby for the service and professionalism. I am a Multiple bussines owner and had a couple of things to handle regarding my accounts. Ms Shelby helped me resolve everything i needed in less than 30 minutes. I live 2 hours away and it was worth the drive. The branches by my home only have 1 banker avaible and they are mostly booked.     I when there yesterday to cash a large check because my back was closed (bank of america) I forgot the name of the teller but I know she speaks Spanish and she was in the first teller window, excellent customer service for her and for the manager, I really appreciate,it was fast easy and I recommended.. thank you!!

    Never been subject to so many fees in my life by a bank, they have so many restrictions on YOUR money, its gotta be ilegal. Pulling every penny out today.

    Drive thru atm is normally not working correctly when i go. Aggravating to wait to find out that it's not accepting deposits at that time.
