We've visited many other branches and while they couldn't solve our problem, they were cordial, kind, and as helpful as they could be. THEY had customer service. However, after multiple visits to this branch, Deadra, the bank manager, was extremely unhelpful and rude. After months of attempting to resolve a problem caused by a bank error, we were told the problem was our fault and that we would still be charged for the issue. We were treated like garbage. Stay as far away from Deadra and this bank branch as possible.
