For some reason, even though I pass this branch frequently since near my work, I never thought of it as full service. With that being said, I am so glad to have "discovered" it: I was greeted immediately, the overall initial vibes were great, and Jennifer was fantastic, both professional and personable, coming from the back to assist me in the transaction so not to have me waiting - so refreshing to engage with people who are not only good at their job, but enjoy it. I am really happy to now know of this branch: Perhaps I will go back to the old ways of banking, just for the great customer service.
