Why be a bank if you aren't doing currency exchanges.
I ain't a member but I was someone who came in needed some help exchanging some currency and got turned away explicitly because I wasn't a memeber.
Obviously this place still has a lot of growing to do.
Shame, if they helped me in anyway I would have jumped at the opportunity to join cause I am done with Florida credit union.

Keila Morales, the Senior Relations Banker at Truist Bank, provided absolutely fantastic service today. I went in needing to close one account and open a new one, which can sometimes be a hassle. Keila handled everything with incredible efficiency and a great attitude. She also helped me with online access and several other tasks I needed to get done. Her expertise and willingness to go the extra mile made a potentially stressful day a breeze. I highly recommend working with Keila for any of your banking needs—she truly is a top-notch professional.
