At Truist's East branch, the biggest issue is long waits in the lobby. Most of the staff are very nice. There are two bad apples that need to at least superficially change their attitudes. Aren't banks supposed to be credit unions?

My check was flagged for fraud (school refund) I verified all my information with truist fraud department where I still have yet to see my money nor, any ETA. The fact a bank can steal from you is insane, i honestly dont think I will ever see that money. School says it is cashed out! Dont build a bank relationship here or any truist.
