- NLNadia LoftonAug 20, 20251.0TD in Ocala FL is a 0/10 I do not recommend. TD itself has 1738 policies and restrictions only after you open an account with them. Security is needed because this is a bank but the amount of runaround they give you just to access your account If you don’t have your phone available is insane. The worst bank I’ve been with so far.

One visit, one 15 minute conversation and I am now VERY comfortable with it all. She understood, took control, made the experience go from anxious about doing it to down right easy and informative. I’m no expert, but she is, and I thank her and TD bank for the experience. DEFINITE 5 star rating for Ms Cuevos! TD bank, you need a six star rating for employees like this !
