Very bad attitude with the way I was treated. I insisted and told someone else to help me. She asked me for my driver's license. The information she put in computer made me intentionally write down an apartment. I have never lived in apartments. Receive the checks with incorrect addresses. I ordered new checks from the bank and arrived wrong again. I went to the bank again and another person helped me and informed me that it was a human error. I made an appointment with a new bank to open a checking account. Other banks in other areas have treated me very kindly and everything has been fine. It was not a good experience because I needed the checks urgently. I had to complain about that situation to the bank.
