- BLBenny De LeonOct 29, 20251.0I would not recommend this bank anymore, after banking with them for over 28 years I've decided to move on, the branch at Heath brook on 200 in Ocala, ever since Mrs Susan retired this branch is full of very Unhappy workers, from the manager to the tellers just a very negative experience, we're taking our 350 thousand dollars in direct deposit to another wonderful credit union, Good bye!

(it’s a fee more than protection) and Bryan was able to help us out. He set up notifications on our account so the fees won’t ever happen. Wish that was part of the set up instructions when you first download the app. Our previous credit union doesn’t charge for overdraft protection when you have money in savings. Too bad CampusUSA makes money off a computer software code. Nice that Bryan was so helpful. Thank you, Bryan!
