Waited 5 mins for the manager to get back from lunch. On his way to his glass wall office he told me that he would be right with me. There was no one at the branch but my self & another customer by the teller. Waited 15 mins. He had no one in his office & he was not on the phone. Left the branch & went to another one. Will never go back to that branch. My 1st & last time

The tellers dont greet you. The bank teller sandra is very rude and quick to raise her voice at you. I had over $300 in rolled quarters to drop off and she told me that she had a client to serve before me which is fine. The client was on the floor not at the teller (i was the only person in line so i wasnt standing behind anyone) I asked if I could wait at the teller so I can rest my bag of coins on the counter and she snapped at me . Yelling at me saying that this was not the front of line. Laura enjoys talking down to you. Saying things like you look puzzled when all I was doing was listening to what she had to say about correct coin deposits. (Again my first time at this bank doing a coin drop for my building) When you need help as a first time banker at this branch dont expect to be spoken to as such, expect to be spoken too as if your questions and need for help is an annoyance at best. I would skip this place. I only bank here because this is where my HOA does their coin drop. I suggest TD bank. Theres no glass between you and the teller and they are very helpful and polite.
