  Hi, good afternoon. I just want to leave a well deserved 5 🌟 to the whole staff of TD Bank branch located on 3785 N. Federal Hwy in Oakland Park, FL. I went there on 10/23/25 because I had an issue for almost 1 month with some balance transfers I did with the bank customer service credit department that they missed them up and couldn’t fix. I want to say “Thanks” to the professional, friendly and patient staff of this branch: Gary, Rafael, and Lauren because they did everything possible and fixed this problem that customer service created with my account. Gary, please give “thanks” to Jeremy (credit card services) for his help & support as well. I really appreciated it :-)

  Have been a customer since 2020 of TDbank for over 5 years. But now, if you have a check to deposit from a 3rd party source other than employer, they do not want to cash your check, because of a temporary low balance of less than 1000. So they turn you down with ridiculous selfish policies and poorly trained tellers. This is the 4th time in 5 years in less than a a 1 year period in which they hold my money to serve their own interests and inconvenience the customer. Furthermore, different branches enforce this self serving policy randomly, because I went to a 2nd branch in which they happily agreed to cash a refund check from the Govt. The manager refused ( E. Sunrise Blvd location twice, and oakland park and US1 location once.) I am thoroughly disgusted with the significant decline and poor staffing choices for managing ( if you can even call it managing). My score for the Bank is at most 2 stars because 2 new female tellers were polite, but the other staff are acting like they are they own my money, and have no interest in seeing that the customer feels taken care of , and that they care of their customers. Disgusted and pathetic. This bank now has 1 or 2 tellers at most, and 1 banker to deal with naive customers deciding if they are going to open an account. The new wave of downsizing and downgrading has infected TD Bank 100%. Sadly, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, ever again.

  I can't say enough about this bank & thus branch office. Staff there is always friendly and accomodating. Recently I asked for several bank checks for a real estate transacción. Not only did they answer my questions they found due to my type of account I qualified for free bank checks All transactions were proccesed expiditiiosly

  I cannot say enough about how amazing Glady S. Calica is. She helped me with such grace, care, and professionalism that went far beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel understood and valued. If you ever find yourself in a difficult situation, know that you are truly in good hands with Glady — she makes sure everything gets handled smoothly and with respect. She genuinely understands clients’ needs and respects both our time and our business in a way I’ve never experienced before. Honestly, I believe Glady S. Calica should be promoted to Regional Director. I’ve never met someone who represents the values of customer care and leadership so perfectly. Because of her, I’ve switched over completely — I used to split my banking with other institutions, but now I’m TD all the way. Thank you for having such an exceptional person on your team!
