They closed my elderly relative's account without any notification and have been holding onto their funds with no clear resolution in sight. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, making the entire ordeal even more frustrating. If you're considering Truist Bank for your banking needs, especially business banking, beware. Their practices are unreliable and their treatment of customers, particularly vulnerable ones, is unacceptable. I strongly advise against choosing Truist Bank.
