    Truist can you guys pay us 2 days earlier ?? Like every other bank ?? Everyone at my job keeps telling me to switch to chase /PNC/CHIME/ etc .. because they all get paid 2 days earlier

    Worsts branch ever. One thing is the Teller is rude, she tells us they have no funds and no checks so they can’t provide the service. Branch is A joke!

    **Complaint about Truist Bank** I opened a business bank account with Truist Bank on July 3rd. I received a wire transfer from a title company on July 5th, but my account was blocked and they have been holding the funds ever since. Today is the 24th, and despite calling multiple times and being promised callbacks, I have not received any. Every time I call, I’m told the funds are verified and good, confirmed with the sending bank and sender, yet no progress has been made because they haven't heard back from the analyst handling my account. I have invoices to be paid and a mortgage on the property, and this delay is severely affecting my business. Truist Bank is holding onto my money and ruining my business.
