I work in the customer service field and I treated him with all the respect I could but he kept being rude so I ended up pissed off and left the building before doing something I would have regretted. I will never go back to that place again.

I will see to it that this individual is given immediate action towards this matter .This man should be fired .Not only did he accuse me of wanting to do "suspicious " things on this account but he was rude the entire time because i gave him a mailing address to send any bank mail to rather than my home address WHERE IT CLEARLY SAYS ON MY ID .I AM GIVING YOU AND TRUSTING YOU WITH MY MONEY SIR!!!! YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT PEOPLE ARE GIVING YOU HARD EARNED MONEY TO GIVE TO YOUR WORKPLACE!!If anything ,the CUSTOMER should be questioning the BANKER which banks worldwide been known to commit fraud to all customers .
