- JPJessica PortelaMay 26, 20231.0This bank location lacks a customer-oriented branch manager. The teller was willing to help and encountered an issue that prevented her from cashing a check drafted from an account from this bank. I am a customer of multiple other banks, have numerous accounts elsewhere and have never experienced a less than desirable branch manager to work with. The teller had better interpersonal skills than the manager. This manager clearly did not think of the situation as an opportunity to provide stellar customer service to win over new business. Any person that walks into your branch is a customer whether they have or don’t have a current account. This poor service received is noted and as such my business will never be brought to you or to any other one of your locations.
